Crocheted Button Earrings

These crocheted earrings make buttons look good! They are super fun to make and all crocheters rejoice because you don’t have to weave in any ends with this project.

Fingering weight yarn
Yarn Needle
Hot glue
2 – 1” or 1.25″ buttons
2 – 7 mm jump rings
2 – Fish Hook Earrings

Diameter of finished circle should measure ¾”

I used a very small amount of Deborah Norville Serenity Sock Yarn.

Pattern is worked in the round (or spiral). No turning or joining.

Hk – hook
Ch – chain
Rnd – round
St – stitch
Sc – single crochet
Slst – slip stitch

Ch 2
Rnd 1 – work 6sc in 2nd ch from hk. (6)
Rnd 2 – work 2sc in each st around. (12)
Rnd 3 – sc in first, 2sc in next, (sc in next, 2sc in next) around, join with slst to first sc of rnd. (18)
Fasten off and leave a 12” tail. Make a total of 4 little circles. Watch video to complete earrings.
